What is actual diesel price Senegal, Mauretania and Morocco

Hello Overlanders,

Can anyone post the actual diesel price for Senegal, Mauretania and Morocco?
I will travel through-out these countries soon and like to take 250 liters at bordercrossings in the country wich is the cheapest.

as of Dec30 2018 it was 595 CFA (1 Euro = 655 CFA) for Gasoil (Diesel) (as far as I can tell, this applies for all of Senegal)
Mauritania is slightly more expensive (though I didnot refill there (brought 1400 liters from Western Sahara, which is around 80-85 Eurocents(End of Nov), in Morocco it was around 1 Euro (I d say btw. 0,95 in some cities and 1,10 Euro in the desert) (Oct/Nov) I don´t know if the recent price dump had an effect in Morocco, Mauritania and Senegal too (Oct2 Diesel was around 1,25 in Austria, now it is around 1,10)

be careful in Mauritania, there many villages and even towns without gas station...you may get fuel still, but prices will usually be significantly more expensive than at a regular gas station.

the homepage is...well...a rough indicator...Mali- I was told- is actually significantly (whatever this means ) cheaper than Senegal (though on the list it is more expensive), Senegal is cheaper than stated etc....

So, in Western Sahara the price of gasoil is cheaper then Morocco and Mauretania? I can fill up 250 liters. So, that can be interesting? Drive around Mauretania as planned and fill up again when we arrive in Senegal.

Yes, but the difference nowadays is not too significant (I was told it used to be half-price), you can save maybe 30-50 Euros if you arrive emtpy and top up again right at the border to Mauritania... I was told though, that Western-Sahara Diesel is of a inferior quality...hear-say....i really dont know

i filled up in western sahara, the toyotal liked it, so no worries there
